Welcome to Just Good Work

These terms and conditions explain the rules and regulations for the use of the Just Good Work App. By using this app you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Just Good Work if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

This is what these words mean, as used in this and all other agreements related to this app:  “Just Good Work” refers to the Just Good Work mobile app and related websites i.e. www.justgood.work. “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing Just Good Work and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

These terms are about the agreement we make to provide our clients with the intended services of Just Good Work.  They refer to meetings or other means and conditions under which we will provide you with our services. It is all based on and subject to the prevailing law of The United Kingdom. Terms should be considered interchangeable whether they are singular, plural or capitalised.  

Unless otherwise stated, Just Good Work and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Just Good Work. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may view and/or print pages from Just Good Work for your own personal use, but this is subject to the following restrictions. You must not:

Republish material from Just Good Work;
Sell, rent or sub-license material from Just Good Work;
Reproduce; duplicate or copy material from Just Good Work;
Redistribute content from Just Good Work (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).

The use of Just Good Work’s logo, or partner logos, or other artwork will not be allowed for linking without a trademark license agreement.

Without prior approval and express written permission, you may not create frames around our Web pages or use other techniques that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our apps or Web sites.

Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request at any time and with our sole discretion that you remove any links to our apps or websites.  You agree to immediately remove all links to our apps or websites upon such request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuing to link to our apps or website you agree to be bound to and abide by these linking terms and conditions.

Removal of links from our app or website
If you find any link on our website, app or any linked website objectionable for any reason, you may contact us about this.  We will consider requests to remove links but will have no obligation to do so or to respond directly to you.

Content Accuracy
We endeavor to be sure that the information on Just Good Work is correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete and accurate. We do not commit to ensuring that Just Good Work remains available or that the material on the app is kept up to date.

Content Liability
We are not responsible or liable for any content appearing on Just Good Work.  If any claims come up because of Just Good Work, you agree to protect us from any lawsuits related to Just Good Work and take responsibility for them.

Just Good Work may not be linked on any website or in any context containing obscene or criminal content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our app and the use of this app (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill). Nothing in this disclaimer will: limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

As the app and the information and services it provides are free, we will not be held responsible for any type of loss or damage that may occur.
